pattern clearly indicated in figure. When the driving belt assembling will be completed, pull the pins -S-
out and check the belt for proper rotation. Then proceed with screwing up the head cover.
Assembly the driving belt. Before assembling the driving belt, clean up the inside of the machine,
lubricate the bearings and check their free rotation. Position the pulley holes on the pin previously
mounted in their housing, checking at the same time that the bearing get in its housing. All the pulleys
will be properly positioned if the small arrows moulded on the pulleys will be in the positions indicated in.
Before assembling the driving belt, line up the notch of the driving belt tension shaft to the 0° as
indicated in figure. To assemble the driving belt you will start from pulleys 1 and 6, then follow the
pattern clearly indicated in figure. When the driving belt assembling will be completed, pull the 6 pins -S-
out and check the belt for proper rotation. Then proceed with screwing up the head cover.
Driving belt tension adjustment: To adjust the tension of the driving belt, you have first to loosen the
screw positioned at the base of the electric motor using a proper key -E-. Then using one screwdriver you
will position at 90° the driving belt tension device and, keeping fix the screwdriver hold tight the screw
positioned close to the motor using the key -E-. Each time you want to loosen or hold tight the driving
belt, you have to follow the above indicated procedure. For the correct use of the machine, you have to
check periodically the tension of the driving belt. Each 100 hours of work, before beginning the work with
cold machine, rotate of one notch in the direction of 180°.
11. CORRECT ALIGNEMENT OF THE GEARS

After the substitution of the line support gears and before fitting the lines in their own seat it's necessary
to align correctly the gears.
Position the head according to the picture 11 fit the pinion in the middle of its seat and successively the
first gear on your left paying attention that the hole of tine and the hole positioned below are in
coincidence.
Put the second gear looking for the gearing with the first and the central pinion while you get a
coincidence between the hole of the tine and the hole below in figure.
Therefore proceed fitting the third gear while making coincidence among the holes.
While you keep all fitted gears blocked, take the fourth gear and position it according to the picture, push
it to the bottom inside its seat checking its position. The letter C on the gear in position 2 has to
correspond to the letter C of the gear in position 3.
After having lined up the gears and before proceeding to any other action, screw the bearing cover with
its special screw above every gear.
