Problem
The oil or fat
foams strongly
during frying.

Possible cause
There is too much food in
the frying basket.
The food contains too
much moisture.
The type of oil or fat you
use is unsuitable for deep-
frying food.
You have not cleaned the
inner bowl properly.
Solution
Do not fry more food at one time than the
quantity mentioned in the food table at the
end of this booklet.
Dry the food thoroughly before you fry it.
Use frying oil or liquid frying fat of good
quality. Never mix different types of oil or fat.
Clean the inner bowl (see chapter 'Cleaning').
