2. Adjusting the seat and the handlebars
It is important to adjust your bicycle according to your morphology.
i. Seat
Loosen the nut of the seat post clamp in order to be able to change the seat post's height in the frame.
Choose a height and re-tighten the nut of the seat post clamp.
Likewise, make sure you do not exceed the minimum insertion mark of the seat tube. This insertion mark
should never be visible when using the bicycle. A child seat can be installed on your bicycle if the seat
springs are protected.
To check the seat's correct height, you should be sitting with straight legs and your heel on the pedal
(illustration A). When pedalling, the knee should be lightly bent with the foot pointing down (illustration B).
ii. Handlebars
Your bicycle's handlebars can be adjusted up and down.
To adjust the handlebar's height, use the quick clamps as shown on the diagram below:
Careful, the maximum height mark of the tube should not be visible.
