INSTALLING THE MOUNTING PLATE

Step 1. You will find one dot label on the mounting ring. Remove the 3 screws preinstalled
on mounting ring and keep them for reuse later. Align the dot labels on the mounting
plate to the mounting ring. Attach the mounting plate to the mounting ring with three

screws removed previously. Please adjust the mounting plate if necessary, to line up the
rim both on the motor body and mounting plate. Tighten the 3 screws securely.(Fig. 21)

INSTALLING THE LIGHT KIT

NOTE: Before continuing installation, confirm that the power is still turned o at the main
circuit breaker or by removing the correct fuse. Turning the power o using a wall switch
is not su cient to prevent electrical stock.
Step 1. Remove the 3 preinstalled screws from the mounting plate as shown. Save them
for reuse on step 3. (Fig. 22)
Step 2. Hold the light kit close to the mounting plate and connect the WHITE wires from
the mounting plate and fan by pushing the connectors together. Follow the same

procedure with the BLACK wires. (Fig. 22)

Step 3. Tuck the connections neatly into the light kit. Align the screw holes on the light kit

and mounting plate. Securely tighten all 3 screws removed previously. (Fig. 22)
