Marking Feed/Return
Use a colored ring to mark the
valve as having been installed in
a feed line (red) or a return line
(blue). The two tabs of the colo-
red ring are used to attach it to
the handwheel (Fig. 12).
If peripheral scale is hard to
read: Reposition handwheel
Depending on the installation po-
sition of the valve, it may not be
possible to read the peripheral
scale for the fi ne setting. If this is
the case, you can reposition the
handwheel to bring the display
into the line of sight.
1. Set both scales to "0"
(valve closed).
2. Remove cover plug (5).
3. Undo screw (4) with socket
wrench (12 mm).
4. Pull handwheel (2) off of valve
spindle (1) with slight tug.
5. Turn handwheel (2) so that
window of peripheral scale
(3) is easily visible. Do not
change "0" setting when
doing so.
6. Set handwheel onto valve
spindle and replace screw.
7. Press on cover plug.
