2.5 - ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

The appliance is itted with a power cable with plug.
Before connecting the air conditioner ensure that:
• The voltage and power frequency values match those speciied on the
appliance plate data.
• The power line is equipped with an effective earth connection and is
correctly sized for maximum power consumption of the air conditioner.
• The appliance's power network must be equipped with a suitable
omnipolar disconnection device compliant with national installation
regulations.
• The appliance is powered solely through a socket compatible with the plug provided.
CAUTION
Any replacement of the power cable must be carried out solely by Olimpia Splen-
did technical support or by similarly qualiied personnel.

2.6 - DRAINAGE

Depending on the modality of use of the appliance, it is necessary to connect the condensation discharge pipe.

2.6.a - Use as dehumidiier

For the correct use of the appliance, work as follows (ig 21):
a. Remove the cap (24).
b. Insert a pipe (8) in the connector.
Make sure the end of the discharge pipe (8) is positioned on a drain well or in a container.
Make sure the pipe (8) is not clogged.

3 - USE OF ThE APPLIANCE

The functioning modes if the air conditioner can be selected both through the remote control and through the
control panel located on board of the air conditioner.
The reception of the selected function is conirmed by the emission of a "beep" by the buzzer.
