TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Display does not illuminate/
is weak / Control unit will not
turn on
Intensity output is low / no
stimulation is occurring
Electrode pads are not adher-
ing to the skin
The stimulator unit and
remote do not communicate
Solution
Recharge the batteries
Electrode pad may be dirty; clean and
attempt again.
Confirm that the electrode snaps are firmly
connected to the control unit.
Battery power is low, recharge the battery.
Device may not be applied properly; ensure
the gel pad is making complete contact with
the skin.
Review the 'Caring for Electrode Pads'
section of this manual; pads may need to
be replaced
Check the power of batteries used in the
stimulator unit and remote; turn off the
stimulator unit and remote, and turn them
on again.
