6. Getting started

6.1. Setting up the device

 Place the party speaker on a sturdy, level surface. Some aggressive varnishes
can corrode the rubber feet on the device. If necessary, place the device on a
suitable underlay.

6.2. Trolley function

The integrated trolley function makes it easier to transport the party speaker.
 Press and hold the locking button and pull the telescopic handle upwards until
you hear it engage in the uppermost position.
Using the telescopic handle, you can now pull the party speaker behind you on the
integrated rollers.
6.3. Mains operation – connecting the mains cable
 Connect the supplied mains cable to the I N P U T P O W E R socket
(100–240 V~50/60 Hz) on the device.
 Plug the mains cable into an easily accessible power outlet (see "3.2. Power
supply" on page 39).
