Most of the components can be inspected by removing the casing. To inspect the head, the component holder
plate must be removed and can be hung on the burner body in two positions in order to act as rationally as
possible. The motor, the transformer and the electromagnetic valve are electrically connected by means of a
plug/socket and the photoresistant cell is pressure-fitted.
WARNING:
before removing the casing, cut the power.

When the casing has been removed, the following can
be accessed:
motor-condenser, equipment, transformer, photoresistant
cell, electromagnetic pump-valve.
IMPORTANT:
fit the baffle/electrode unit on the
nozzle support pipe in the position
shown in Fig. D.

Unscrew the plate retaining pin to open the
burner so that the fan, nozzle, electrodes
and preheater can be accessed.

To remove the nozzle:
a) Loosen the screw 1 and remove the baffle/electrode unit.
b) Unscrew the nozzle with a wrench/counterwrench.
