5.2.3 Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten the password for the user
interface, you can log in with a Personal Unlocking
Key (PUK). Each user group has its own PUK.
Procedure:
1. Request a PUK (see "Application for ordering a
PUK" at www.SMA-Solar.com).
2. Open the LCS-Tool.
3. Select the user group User or Installer.
4. Enter the PUK instead of the password.
5. Call up the menu Setup.
6. Change the password of the desired user
group under Password.
7. Select [Save] to save the changes.
