2. Press the TEMP UP or TEMP DOWN button. Press once any of
these pads to increase or decrease the time setting by 1 minute.
Press any of them for one and a half seconds to increase or de-
crease the time by 10 minutes.
Press and hold any of the pads to increase or decrease the time by
1 hour.

3. When the desired time is shown on the LCD display, press the
TIMER ON pad to confirm it.
A beep can be heard. "ON" stops flashing. The TIMER indicator on
the indoor unit lights up (only on some models).
4. The LCD display shows the set time for 5 seconds, then it shows
the clock instead.
cancel the TIMER ON function
Press the TIMER ON button again. A beep will be heard and the indi-
cator disappears. The TIMER ON function has been canceled.
IMPORTANT
Use the same procedure to program the TIMER OFF function. You
can program the air conditioner to turn off automatically at a preset
time.
