Checking the Accuracy
J Carry out the accuracy check before using the tool
the first time and afterwards at regular intervals. In
case of deviations, send the tool in to a Würth Mas-
ter-Service.
Horizontal Accuracy
Set up the tool at a distance of approx. 30 cm from
wall B. The distance between wall A and B should be
approx. 5 m.
Switch the front horizontal line and the middle vertical
line on.

Vertical Accuracy
Set up the tool at a distance of approx. 5 m from a wall.
Hang a plumb bob to the wall with a rope length of at
least 2 m.
Switch the middle vertical line on.
Align the vertical line to the plumb bob rope by turning
the fine-adjustment knob.
Measure the difference D4. The clearance should not be
higher than half of the accuracy value specified.
90° Accuracy of the Vertical Line
Set up the tool in the corner of a room with side lengths
of 3.2 m and 4.2 m.
Switch all vertical lines on.
Measure exactly 4 m from the plumb point of the tool
alongside the vertical laser line and mark point A on the
floor.
Measure exactly 3 m from the plumb point of the tool
alongside the second vertical laser line and mark
point B on the floor.
Measure distance C between A and B, which should be
exactly 5 m.
Expected accuracy ±0,8 mm.
Repeat this process with the 3. vertical line.
