Control Valves Do Not Operate Properly:
Cause
1. Knob is loose on shaft.
2. Valve freezing.
Difficult to Insert Probe Plugs into
Probe sockets or Leaks:
Cause
1. No lubricant.
2. "O" rings damaged.
Exhaust Hose Slips Off Console:
Cause
1. Exhaust line restricted.
2. External exhaust source restricted or not adjusted correctly.
Digital Timer Display Malfunction:
Cause
1. Batteries low.
2. Controls not set properly.

Troubleshooting
Remedy
1. Tighten knob with allen wrench.
2. Remove knob and tighten packing nut.
Do Not Over Tighten. Tighten only until leak stops.
Remedy
1. Apply a small amount of lubricant, e.g. syringe lubricant, to
the probe shank; then insert shank into the console. Twist
the plug while inserting to lubricate "O" ring. Do not place
lubricant on filter or in probe opening.
2. Replace with new "O" ring. Refer to user information for part
number.
Remedy
1. Check exhaust line for restrictions and correct
2. Check venting for restrictions and correct adjustments.
Remedy
1. Replace batteries (Refer to timer section).
2. Properly set controls (Refer to timer section).
