(tightening torque: 2 Nm).
Final steps
WARNING
1. Function test
à
Connect the suction and discharge pressure sides on
the pump.
à
Electrically connect the pump.
à
Test the pump for proper function (among other things,
ultimate vacuum).
à
Again disconnect the pump electrically and pneumati-
cally.
2. Pump integrated in application
à
Connect the suction and discharge pressure sides on
the pump.
à
Electrically connect the pump.
à
Test the functionality of the pump.

Risk of explosions from leaks

Before recommissioning the
pump, check the pump heads and
pneumatic connections for leaks.
