Important information about safety
When using the equipment, it is necessary to take some basic precautions to ensure your safety, that of
others, and that of the equipment.
- READ all the instructions before using the equipment.
- Do NOT let children or people unfamiliar with the operation of the equipment near it while performing exerci-
ses.
- GET on or off the equipment carefully, avoiding possible accidents.
If you feel nausea, shortness of breath, headache, tremor, or chest pain, immediately STOP using the equip-
ment and seek medical advice.
- KEEP the floor around the equipment always clean and dry, thus avoiding possible slips and tumbles that
can result in serious injury.
- Do NOT go overboard in performing the exercises. Excess won't bring advantages and may cause personal
injury.
- KEEP any loose or long garment and shoe laces and cords of any sort, whether in use or not, away from the
moving parts of the equipment.
Before starting any exercise program, it is recommended that you consult your doctor, especially for
people with pre-existing health problems.
If you feel any irregular physical conditions, such as severe dizziness, muscle or joint pain, chest pain or if
other symptoms should appear: STOP EXERCISING AND CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
- It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that all users of this equipment are fully informed of all warnings and
precautions. Use this equipment for its intended use as described in this manual.
- Tighten all nuts and bolts and inspect all parts of each time you use the equipment.
- Replace any worn parts immediately and if you find that any repair is necessary, please keep the equipment
out of use until the repair is made.
- Inspect the crank arms and pedals daily for signs of fatigue, stress and check the brake pads regularly. The
level of safety of the use of the equipment can only be maintained if it is examined regularly for damage and/or
wear.
- Push down the emergency brake (red lever) under the tension button to stop immediately.
- The equipment should only be used on a flat surface and is designed for indoor use only.
- Do a warm up before you start exercising to avoid injury
- No more than one user should use the equipment at once.
- It is recommended that you do not initiate any kind of exercise right after a meal.
- Keep small children and animals away from the equipment at all times.
- Use suitable clothing during exercise. Never wear loose clothing that can be caught on moving parts of the
equipment. DO NOT use the equipment when barefoot, wearing sandals, or wearing only socks.
- Maximum weight of user to use the equipment is 130 kg.
- DO NOT USE around water or when it is wet. Using the equipment around a swimming pool, hot tub or sau-
na will void the warranty and is potentially dangerous.
- The equipment is not suitable for medical/therapeutic use.

Do not attempt to repair your equipment yourself. Follow only the maintenance tasks described in this manual.
