LIMITED WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANT FOR PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING
YOUR MOVEMENT EQUIPMENT. WHEN USING THE EQUIPMENT, YOU AGREE TO FOLLOWING
THE WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
Limited Warranty
Brudden Equipamentos Ltda guarantees all new Movement products are free of defects in materials and
manufacturing for the warranty periods established below. The warranty period begin on the date of issue
of the bill of sale of the product issued by the accredited dealer. This warranty applies only to defects fou-
nd during the warranty period and only to the original purchaser of the product. Parts repaired or exchan-
ged under the terms of this warranty do not interrupt or extend the expiration of the warranty originally
stipulated. To use this guarantee, the purchaser must contact Brudden or an authorized Brudden assistant
within 30 days after finding any nonconformity and make the product available for inspection by BRUD-
DEN or its technical assistance.
Brudden's commitment to this warranty is limited as shown below.

Warranty periods and coverage

IMPORTANT:

To be fully covered for the period described, YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT on the
website at
www.movement.com.br/garantia.
If the registration IS NOT MADE, ONLY the legal guarantee of the Consumer Defense Code (art. 26, II) of
90 (ninety) days will be valid.
- 3 (three) years for chassis (except paint), already included the legal guarantee of the consumer de-
fense code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days;
-1 (one) year for components and mechanical parts, painting in General and labor, already included the
legal guarantee of the consumer defense code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days;
