Es aconsejable, que la máquina se tenga en mar-
cha durante unos 15 minutos una vez cambiadas
las es co bi llas.
Si el colector presenta quemaduras o resaltes se

VIRUTEX.
INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE DE
LA TOBERA ASPIRACIÓN
Quitar el tornillo "D" que sujeta la tapa "E" (Fig.
40). Introducir la tobera por las guías hasta hacer
tope (Fig. 41), antes fi jar el tubo aspiración op-
cional 6446073 a la tobera. Situar el tornillo "D"
de nuevo en su sitio apretando la tobera sobre la
tapa (Fig. 42).

NIVEL DE RUIDOS Y VIBRACIONES
Las mediciones de esta herramienta han sido
efectuadas según Norma Europea EN50144.
El nivel de ruidos en el puesto de trabajo puede
sobrepasar 85 dB (A). En este caso es necesario
tomar medidas de protección contra el ruido para
el usuario de la herramienta.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
THE JOINING MACHINE USE
1. WARNING! Carefully read the GENERAL SAFE-
TY INSTRUCTION LEAFLET enclosed with the
machine documents.
2. Supply voltage must be the same as that indicated
on the specifi cations plate.
3. DANGER: KEEP HANDS AWAY FROM THE
CUTTING ZONE. Never put hands near the cutting
blade. Do not hold the underside of the machine
when it is operating.
Ensure that the safety mechanism (retraction)
functions freely without any danger of being held
back. Do not block the mechanism with the blade
in the exposed position.
4. WHEN REPLACING THE BLADE, USE ONLY
ORIGINAL VIRUTEX BLADES. Never use blades
which do not comply with the properties specifi ed
in this manual. Do not use malformed or broken
blades. Do not use high-speed steel.
5. AVOID CUTTING NAILS AND KNOTS. Inspect
the wood and remove nails before cutting.
Try not to cut through knots.
6. SPARE PARTS. Use original VIRUTEX spare
parts only.
ADJUSTEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Whenever performing any type of work
on the machine, disconnect it from the power supply
to ensure operator's safety.
DEPTHS ADJUSTMENT
For nº0, nº10 or nº20 (Fig. 1, 2 and 3) splines, set
the adjustment at position 0, 10 or 20, respectively,
to obtain a depth of 8, 10 or 12 mm.
