A number of special programming operations can be
carried out on Art. 4881, in accordance with the various
system requirements.
1. Enter programming mode by positioning the JP4
jumper (Fig. 1) vertically.
2. Set the code corresponding to the function you wish
to program on the dip-switches (Fig. 2), in accordance
with the table on page 31.
3. Confirm the selected function by moving the jumper
from JP3 to the JP5 position (Fig. 3) and wait until you
hear a confirmation tone.
4. To carry out further special programming, remove the
jumper from JP5 and repeat the steps described in
points 2 and 3.
5. When the procedure is complete, set the jumpers back
to their initial positions (Fig. 4): the JP4 jumper in a
horizontal position and the second jumper from JP5 to
the JP3 position.
