2. Installation and Pre-Operation
2.1 Installation
2.1.1 Positioning
This appliance must be positioned on a dry, steady and
leveled position.
The Picture 03 shows the correct position of the machine in
relation to the power grid.(outlet) .
2.1.2 Electric Installation
This appliance was developed to work in a 230V(50Hz) ten-
sion. Before turning on the plug to the outlet, check the
pension(voltage) provided on the Feeding Cable tag.
The power plug has 2 (two) pins and a hole is for the
grounding. It´s mandatory that all three spots are properly
connected

The protection device against overcurrent will work at 13
amps.
Make sure that the tension in power grid where the
equipment is installed is compatible with the tension
provided in the tag in the electrical cable.
Never use this machine connected to any extension
cord or power strips.
2.2 Pre-Operation
Before using the equipment, all the parts that are in contact
with the products to be processed should be washed with
water and mild detergent (see item 3.4 Cleaning).
Check if the appliance is firm in its workplace.
2.2.1 Jug Positioning
The Jug has a versatile tilting system which enables the Jug
to be tilted in a simple, quick and safe way.
To tilt the Jug, do the as described below:
- Make sure the equipment is switched off.
- Remove the lid.
- Hold firmly the Jug Handle and press with the foot the
Pedal No. 01 (Picture 05) releasing the Jug to be tilted.
- Move the Jug removing the content from the it.
- Put the Jug back until it is locked in the vertical position.
