Cure
Check the correct positioning and oper-
ation of the return and/or flow sensor
Check the correct positioning and oper-
ation of the return sensor
Vent the system
Check the water pressure sensor wiring
Check the water pressure sensor
Fill the system
Check the water pressure switch/pres-
sure transducer
Check the correct parameter setting
Check the circulating pump
Vent the system
Check the correct parameter setting
Check parameters and carry out a
100% calibration
Check the position of the electrode,
replace it if necessary. After replace-
ment, repeat the 100% calibration
Check the tightness of the flue pipe and
the seal of gaskets
Reset the fault. Turn on the hot water
faucet and wait for the flame to stop
flashing (about 2 minutes)
Check the ground connection.
Check the electrode.
If necessary replace the control unit.
Try disconnecting the power supply to
the boiler for 10 seconds and replace
the controller if necessary
Load the parameters
Repeat the loading procedure within 5
minutes from the boiler power supply
and replace the BCC Service key if
necessary
Connect the controller to the valve
Check the wiring
Replace the valve
Turn off the power to the boiler for 60
seconds and then reinstate the boiler
Reload the firmware or replace the card
