Arrange the goods without leaving empty spaces, to improve cabinet performance
First use up the goods that have been stored in the unit {1> <1}the longest before adding new
arrivals
(foodstuff s rotati on).
The Customer should:
check that all operati ons have been performed in compliance with applicable regulati ons
use suitable communicati on tools to warn the consumers from climbing onto the cabinets
17. Defrosti ng and water drainage (Fig.26)
Lisbona 2 is equipped with a simple-stop defrosti ng system (which stops the refrigerati on cycle).

17. 1 Draining the water

Install a fl oor drain with a slight slope to avoid:
- unpleasant odours inside the cabinet
- dispersion of cooled air
- malfuncti on of the cabinet due to moisture
Procedure
- install a suitable siphon between the drain and the connecti on to ground
- hermeti cally seal the area of drainage to ground.

periodically check that hydraulic connecti ons are perfectly effi cient, contacti ng a qualifi ed
installer.
18. Lighti ng
Internal lighti ng of the unit is obtained through fl uorescent lights.
The light switch is located on the aluminium ceiling Fig. 24
CAUTION! Accidental breakage of bulbs. Injury. Contaminati on of the goods.
- wear PPE
- cut off power supply to the cabinet
- remove all goods
- clean the cabinet as indicated in secti on 20.4
- load the cabinet with new merchandise
- restore electrical power supply.
19. Night blind (opti onal )
DANGER! Live parts. Electrocuti on.
REMOVE THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY OPERATION!
To avoid low-temperature variati ons and ensure the hygiene of the goods over night, the cabinet
can be equipped with manual/automated blinds.
Keep a clearance of 10 mm between the lower end of the blind and the sucti on plate.
DO NOT exceed this limit
