8. Standards and certi fi cati ons, conformity statement
All the models of refrigerated cabinets Lisbona 2 described in this manual meet the essenti al
safety, hygiene, and protecti on requirements established by the following European directi ves and
laws:
Machinery Directi ve - 2006/42/CE
Electromagneti c compati bility 2014/30/UE
Low voltage 2014/35/UE
RoHs Directi ve 2011/65/CE;
(restricted use of certain hazardous substances
in electrical and electronic equipment)
European Regulati on EC-1935/2004
(on materials intended for contact with the
goods)

Compliance with the requirements and standards are present in the generic facsimile of the
Declarati on of Conformity at the end of this manual.
These models are excluded from the scope of the Directi ve 2014/68/EU in accordance with
arti cle 4 paragraph 3 (and/or arti cle 1 paragraph 2 lett er f).
The performance of these refrigerated cabinets was determined through tests conducted in com-
pliance with standard:
EN ISO 23953 in the environmental conditi ons that correspond to climati c class 3 (25°C , 60% R.H.)
