04. CLEANING
Clean the sausage filling machine after each use, paying special attention to
parts and components in direct contact with the food. We recommend using
a soft damp scouring pad and neutral soap. Dry all the parts and components
correctly once they have been cleaned.
Clean the rubber seal and pushing plate regularly for greater hygiene and better
performance of the sausage making machine when being used.

05. MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS

LUBRICATION
Lubricate the pushing plate rubber with cooking oil prior to each use of the sau-
sage filling machine.
Regularly lubricate the sausage filling machine gears with mineral grease to
prevent their oxidation in addition to ensuring smooth action.
ALIGNMENT
Should the sausage filling machine receive any impacts, check deposit align-
ment with the rack. Effort being required to move the lever or irregular deposit
movement during use would indicate the deposit is not aligned, which could be
the reason for more serious damage. In this case, contact the Technical Assis-
tance Service immediately.

SPARE PARTS
Only ORIGINAL Udom S.A. approved and authorized SPARE PARTS may be
used. Deteriorated components or parts should be replaced immediately to en-
sure better functioning, energy saving and to prevent greater damage.

STORAGE
It is important the appliance be stored in a cool dry place away from aggressive
chemical products or sources of heat.
REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE
Requests for technical assistance should be made after careful analysis (detec-
tion of damage and possible causes). In case of a written request, we recommend
specification of the following terms: type of machine, reference number, detailed
description of the damage, testing done, calibrations made and their effects.
