Ensure the electric cable is
disconnected from the power.

Adjusting the working surface on the floor
The discs operate best when slightly tilted with respect to the
floor.
The tilt is determined by the position of the wheel support
which is fitted at the rear of the conveyor. To adjust, loosen the
nut (A) and let the support slide. Tighten the nut (A) once the
required height has been reached.

Adjusting the belt tension

The distance beetween arm(A) and conveyor(B) should be
14-14.5 mm. Verify the correct belt tension with fingers after
the replacement.

Turn the machine over, resting
the handles on the floor.
Attach the abrasive discs,
securing them well to the
velcro.
3.
Remove the worn abrasive
paper discs from the velcro-
backed discs.

Ensure the velcro-backed
discs are clean and position
new 100 mm diameter
abrasive discs.
