PLEASE NOTE: The food should not come within ½ inch of the top heating elements.

It is recommended you follow the recipe or package directions and check for
doneness at the minimum suggested cooking time. If it is not done then reset the
timer for a few more minutes and check again. Repeat until the item is done.
•
Open the door with oven mitts or potholders and using them, slide the wire shelf out
and carefully remove the food from the oven with the oven mitts or potholders.
•
Turn the temperature knob to 150°F, the function and timer knobs to OFF and unplug
the oven.
Baking
• When cooking on the BAKE function, only the BOTTOM
heating element is turned on.
• This oven bakes using convection only. It is not
necessary to alter the baking time or temperature from
those given for a recipe or package directions.
• Insert the wire rack into the desired rack position.
• Turn the temperature knob to the desired
temperature.
• Turn the function knob to BAKE.
• Turn the timer control knob past 20 and then turn it to
the desired baking time (up to 60 min). Remember to
add 10 minutes for the oven to preheat.
• If the baking time is 60 minutes or longer: Turn the
timer to 20 then back to 10 to preheat. Once timer
sounds for preheating, turn the timer up to 60. After the
timer sounds for 60 minutes, reset timer for the
remaining cook time.
• The power indicator light will come on while the timer
is in use.
• The heating elements may cycle on and off to maintain
even heat distribution.
• Once the oven has preheated, open the oven door
using oven mitts or potholders, insert food & close the
oven door.
• 3 Baking Choices: Baking Pan, Wire Shelf, or Wire Shelf
on Baking Pan.
• PLEASE NOTE: When using wire shelf on baking pan,
make sure food does not extend beyond the bake pan so
dripping does not hit the heating elements
• You may use a metal, oven proof glass, or ceramic
baking dish on the wire rack in any of the rack positions.
