Trim excess fat from meats and score the edges to prevent the meat from curling.

Brush foods with a little oil & seasonings before broiling if desired.

Fish fillets are delicate and should be broiled using the bake pan or crumb tray.
There is no need to turn the fish over during broiling unless you are using thick
fillets.

If you hear a popping sound during broiling you should lower the temperature or
lower the food in the oven.
•
Clean oven and bake tray/crumb tray after broiling to prevent a buildup of grease
that could cause the oven to smoke.
