11.1 Maintenance schedule
Lifting systems in continuous operation or in particularly polluted surroundings are to be more
frequently maintained.
After replacing safety-relevant parts, perform additional checks during maintenance work and
document them in the supplied test log.

Check electrical cables for damage.
Charge batteries. (→10.9)
After work, completely lower the lifting system and secure against
unauthorised use.
Clean lifting system and working area.
Check hydraulic oil level, top up if necessary. (→11.3)
Check controls on functioning and electrical cables for damage.
Check the tightness of the hydraulic components.
Lubricate rollers.
Perform a function test without load.
Check emergency stop key.
Check the function of the safety catch.
For HydroLift 8.2 only: clean and lubricate the wheel fork notch.
Perform security check.
Change oil (→11.5)
Change the hydraulic hoses. (→11.7)
