5.6 DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Disassembly must be performed following the necessary operations in inverse order compared
to the assembly operations. Components must be lowered from above by using ropes or other
suitable means, in any case avoiding strong impact with the ground.
6 STABILITY
• The mobile scaffolding must be assembled and used only in the absence of wind current.
• Maximum horizontal load – for example throughout the construction of an adjacent
structure – is 25 kg, defined as the sum of loads applied by the various operators present on the
scaffolding.
• Should the mobile scaffolding be left unattended due to temporary suspension of the worksite
or due to the presence of wind current, it must be firmly anchored to a stable fixed structure.
• No structures shall be added to the top of the scaffolding, and no shielding whatsoever
(trellises, tarpaulin or other) must be added to the scaffolding.
• As previously specified, the supporting brackets must be mounted for all configurations.
• For outdoor use, where possible, fix the scaffolding to the building or other construction.
7 USE
7.1 PRELIMINARY INSPECTION
Upon having assembled the mobile scaffolding in one of the allowed configurations and
strictly following the assembly instructions, verify the vertical linearity by means of a level or a
clinometer, and verify that no environmental change (freezing, rain, wind etc.) may affect the
safety of use.
7.2 USE
• Increasing the height of the scaffolding by means of stairs, crates, or other equipment is
forbidden.
• It is compulsory to access the working platform from the inside of the mobile scaffolding by
means of the trapdoor present on the working platform and using the vertical rung-type ladder
(composed of the lateral beams of the structure).
7.3 MOVING INSTRUCTIONS
• The mobile scaffolding may only be moved manually, along solid, smooth surfaces, and in
the absence of obstacles and wind.
• Before the moving operation, reduce the height of the mobile scaffolding in accordance with
the ground status; lift the supporting brackets by no more than a 20-mm height; unlock the
castor brake and remove the wall anchoring if present.
• Throughout the moving operation, no walking above regular walking speed is allowed.
