DESCRIPTION

Solar boilers Series BDS, featuring 200, 300, 500, 750 and 1000 Lt. capacities, are equipped with an internal coil. They
are especially suitable for installation on systems operating with solar collectors.
Main technical features are as follows:
- structure S235JR carbon steel
- thorough study of the wide heat exchange surface coils, allowing maximum performance results
- a double internal glazing layer baked at 850°C, inert to bacteria, aimed at assuring completely hygienic water, in
compliance with the standards in force, also avoiding or minimizing calcarous deposits and making cleaning operations
easier
- arrangement of the connections to the various air heaters at different heights, without affecting layering.
- external thermal insulation in rigid polyurethane being free from CFC and HCFC and featuring a density of 40/42 kg/m3.
Insulation is realized by directly injecting the material on the tank for models up to BDS 500; for the models having a
higher capacity it is made by means of removable cork pipe insulators
- external covering to improve thermal insulation, thus increasing performance and management saving
- a wide inspection flange is used to enable easier cleaning and maintenance; a "corrosion-proof" magnesium anode helps
maintain such conditions.

Solar boilers Serie BDS identification occurs through:
- The plates present on the package
- Technical Plate
reporting the technical and performance data
of the solar boiler.
WARNING
Tampering or removing the identification plates does not allow proper and safe identification of the product, besides
hindering installation and maintenance operations.
