DOWNLOADING RESULTS

FORA D40 has 3 types of transmission methods; your meter uses USB,
Bluetooth or 3G to transmit the data, please check your meter box for the
transmission method of your meter. Please contact service providers for
more information.
Data Transmission Via Cable (for FORA D40c only)
USB can be used to initiate data transmission via Cable. For the meter
setting, only one mode can be used in one meter.
● USB
Health Care Software System and a USB cable are required before
installation. To learn more about Health Care Software System or to
obtain a USB cable separately, please contact your place of purchase.
1. Install software
Download Health Care System Software and instruction manual provided
on ForaCare, Inc. website: www.foracare.com to your computer. Follow the
instructions to install the software in your computer.
2. Connect the USB cable to the data
port on PC
With the meter turned off, connect the
cable to the data port located at the side
of the meter. USb will appear on the
display and the USB indicator will light
up in green, indicating that the meter is
ready to transmit data.
