Base Channel Assembly
Parts Needed:
4 Side Base Channels
1 Right Rear Base Channel
1 Left Rear Base Channel
1 Right Front Base Channel
1 Left Front Base Channel
(Right and left are determined when
facing the front of building.)
Concrete or wood foundation must
be installed. See pages 4 and 5 for
instructions on how to prepare site
and anchor building.

These screws are not included. The
recommended size of flat-head screws
to use is 3/16" x 3/4" Use pre-drilled
holes in channels as a guide for screw
placement. Install a minimum of 6
screws in each side and rear channel
piece and 4 screws in each front
channel.
DOUBLE CHECK 50 9/16" (128.5cm)
door opening dimension between
front base channels.
Position 8 base channels on platform as shown. Allow 50 9/16" (128.5cm) between

front base channels for door placement. Use a carpenter's square to line up corners.
APPLY A CONTINUOUS BEAD OF SILICONE CAULK UNDERNEATH BASE CHAN-
NELS, AROUND THE INSIDE PERIMETER OF THE BASE CHANNELS AND WHERE
INDIVIDUAL BASE CHANNEL PIECES MEET.
CHECK 50 9/16" (128.5cm) door opening dimension between front base channels.
Secure base channels to
foundation using flat-head
wood screws if your foun-
dation is wood or flat-head
