16.1 Overview

1 Vacuum Gauge:Shows the vacuum level inside the chamber.
2 Sealing bar: Contains a heating wire covered with Teflon which allows the bag to seal
but not to stick to the strip.
3 Gasket
4 Vacuum chamber: Plage the bag into the chamber
5 Sealing strip: Presses the bag against the sealing bar.
6 Fixation: Fix the bag during vacuum and sealing. Lift and clamp down to fix the bag.
7 On/Off power switch
DANGER
The sealing bar of the device becomes hot during operation, do not touch it
To reduce the risk of burns, never touch the sealing bar while the unit is operating.
