Mounting
• The IN40-D0101K safety switch must be mounted
such that the sensing face is orientated towards the
moving part of the guard (door or similar). The
sensing face can be aligned if required.
The safety switch is supplied pre-assembled on a
mounting bracket. It is not necessary to dismantle the
mounting bracket to align the sensing face on the
sensor.
Align the sensing face on the safety switch such that it
is orientated towards the moving part of the guard
(door or similar); for this purpose if necessary
• undo the hex socket head screw on the sensor
bracket and pull the sensor off the bracket (cf. Fig. 5
a-b),
• undo the two screws on the bottom corner of the
sensor housing and rotate the sensing face on the
sensor to the correct position (cf. Fig. 5 c-d),
• refit sensor housing and refit the sensor to the
sensor bracket (cf. Fig. 5 e-f).
