NOTE
• Select the proper wire type and the related wire guide for your
application.
• For cutting the wire size and for correct mounting, please observe the
following chapters:
 9 Maintenance and cleaning on page EN-15
• Spiral liners = for steel and stainless steels
• PA liners = for aluminum, copper, nickel and stainless steels
1 Lay down the cable assembly straight.
2 Slide the ready-to-use wire guide from the central connector up to the stop
in the changeable body and screw it down by means of the nut.
3 Cable assembly
1 Insert cable assembly (3) into torch neck (1) .
2 Fasten cable assembly (3) to torch neck (1) with connection nut (2).
NOTE
For tightening and loosening, if possible, use a spanner (4) having a max.
tightening torque of M = 18 Nm.
