6 Putting into operation

3 Complete neck liner
4 Contact tip
1 Screw the tip adaptor (1) firmly into the torch neck (2) .
2 Screw the contact tip (4) into the tip adaptor (1) and tighten it using a
multiple wrench.
3 Screw the spatter protector (5) into the torch neck (2) .
4 Screw gas nozzle (6) onto the torch neck (2) .
5 Screw the neck liner (3) into the torch neck (2) on the connection side.
2 2 clamping screws M5x25
1 Insert torch neck (1) into torch mount (2) .
2 Secure torch neck (1) with clamping screws (1).
Ensure correct fit of torch neck (1) and torch mount (2).
