Important Information

Work on the 127 V supply system may only be carried
out by authorised electricians!
The operation of an isolating transformer system with
a connected load of ≤ 10 kVA is not permissible!
Conventional Transformers
When conventional transformers are used, the primary
circuit of each transformer must be protected against
short-circuits in accordance with the manufacturer's in-
structions. Only safety transformers in accordance with
DIN VDE 0551 are to be used.
It is not permissible to switch the load via a serial switching
contact, since overcurrents and overvoltages which may
destroy the dimmer can occur upon reconnection.
The secondary open-circuit start-up or operation of con-
ventional transformers is not permissible.
Always operate conventional transformers with the rated
transformer load.
