passage completion line. The closing is carried out a second after the said passage (released
photoelectric cell), and is protected by photoelectric cells. These will operate the inversion of
the opening bar even if the vehicle stays within the range of the securities.
ATTENTION: The waiting time before the automatic closing will be counted only if "DIP 3 ON".
As a consequence, if "DIP 3 OFF" and if the vehicle stays too long on the magnetic sensor
without transiting (without taking up the photoelectric cell ), the bar will close after the set
up time.
OPENING BUTTON 2 (9-12)
Control dedicated to the opening of the bar to exit from the parking place with management
of the traffic signal right of way signalling.
This control is cut out if the IN PARK control is activated (presence of vehicle in entry).
OK CLOSE CONTROL (11-12)
It enables the closing of the bar 1 second after the vehicle has passed.
Normally this control is operated by a photoelectric cell or by a magnetic sensor placed on
the bar's closing line.
If the control is inserted, the bar doesn't close back.
IN PARK CONTROL (10-12)
The "IN-PARK" entry (NA) must be connected to a magnetic sensor placed next to the bar
and it signals the presence of an incoming vehicle (if you don't want to make use of this
function make a bond between terminal 10 and 12).
Only the presence of a vehicle enables the opening of the bar in working mode PARK through
the control opening 1.
COURTESY LIGHT (7-8)
It is possible to feed the coil of a relay (24VDC) so to activate one or more lights for a min.
time of 1 sec. And a max. time of 4 seconds (adjustable through the trimmer TR on the side
of the EXPANDER 24V card).
The relay will be activated at each opening or closing.
TRAFFIC SIGNAL MANAGEMENT
When the gate is close the traffic signal is OFF.
When it opens, the red light switches on (3-4).
When the gate is open the green light switches on (5-6) and the red light switches off.
The green light stays on until the starting of the automatic closing.
When the gate closes the green light switches off and the red light switches on.
When the closing is completed the traffic signal is OFF.
BATTERY CHARGE CARD
The time for the complete recharge of 12Vdc 1,2Ah batteries (n° 2 pieces connected in
series, optional cod. ACG9511), at the first installation is of 24 hours, with a charge current
of 0,03A.
BATTERY STATE SIGNALLING PILOT LIGHT FEEDIN (TERMINALS 3-11)
In case the network tension lacks and the emergency battery is operated, this pilot light
switches on thus signalling the network lack, and it starts lightening only when the battery is
discharged. When the pilot light lightens, the gearcase is no longer operative.
Only when the network tension is back, the pilot light switches off and all controls are
restored. (obviously the battery will only recharge in the presence of the network tension).
N.B.: IN CASE WE EXCEED WITH THE PILOT LIGHTS, THE LOGIC OF THE GEARCASE WILL
RESULT DAMAGED WITH A POSSIBLE BLOCK OF THE OPERATIONS.
FUNCTIONING WITH BLACK OUT
If a battery is connected to the gearcase, with lack of network tension the battery state pilot
light switches on thus signalling the functioning with battery. The functioning of the barrier
is ensured until a charge level of about 20V, after which there will be a signal given by the
recharge card to the microprocessor which blocks the barrier and makes the battery state
pilot light lighten. When the network tension is back, the recharge card will start recharging
the battery.
You just need pressing the remote control (or the opening button or the step by step button)
to open the barrier. Once the barrier will be open, give a closing command or wait the pause
time before the automatic closing. The barrier starts closing. When it is closed, the normal
functions will be restored.
If no battery is connected to the gearcase, there is no particular procedure to follow. When the
network tension is back, it is sufficient to press the remote control, the opening button or the
step by step button to open the barrier. When the barrier is open, give a closing command or
wait the pause time before the automatic closing. The barrier starts closing.
When it is closed, the normal functions will be restored.
During the realignment the securities are active.
