17. 1 Draining the water

Install a fl oor drain with a slight slope to avoid:
unpleasant odours inside the cabinet
- dispersion of cooled air
- malfuncti on of the cabinet due to moisture
Procedure
- install a suitable siphon between the drain and the connecti on to ground
- hermeti cally seal the area of drainage to ground.
periodically check that hydraulic connecti ons are perfectly effi cient, contacti ng a qualifi ed
installer.
18. Lighti ng
Internal lighti ng of the unit is obtained through fl uorescent bulbs.
On request, the fl uorescent bulbs can be replaced with LEDs.
CAUTION! Accidental breakage of bulbs. Injury. Contaminati on of the goods.
- wear the envisioned PPE
- cut off power supply to the cabinet
- remove all goods
- clean as indicated in secti on 22.4
- remove any trace of glass from the goods
- reload the cabinet with goods cleaned thoroughly
- restore electrical power supply.

19. Replace the bulbs

DANGER! Live parts. Electrocuti on.
REMOVE THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY OPERATION!
Replace the bulbs with new, identi cal models

20. Maintenance and cleaning

REMOVE THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY OPERATION!
DO NOT wet, spray water or clean directly the electrical parts of the cabinet (fans, inte-
rior lighti ng, electrical cables etc. )
DO NOT touch the cabinet with wet or damp hands and feet.
CAUTION! Cold surfaces. Injuries, burning. Glass breakage.
Wait for the glass parts to reach room temperature.
DO NOT use hot water on the cold glass surfaces.
Protect the hands with work gloves.
The products will damage due to germs and bacteria.
Compliance with Hygiene Standards and the cold chain is indispensable to guarantee the
protecti on of consumer health.
