Problemas y Soluciones

Antes de ponerse en contacto con el servicio posventa de Samsung, realice las siguientes comprobaciones
simples.
Problema
No hay corriente
No puede introducir el videocasete
No se ha grabado el programa de televisión
No pudo grabarse con temporizador

está distorsionada

Si se pulsa el tecla durante la
reproducción, la imagen fija presenta
"barras de sonido"/rayas
Limpieza de los cabezales de vídeo
Al sintonizar su televisor no encuentra
la imagen procedente del VCR o se
producen interferencias, se debe al choque
en el canal de salida de vídeo con
transmisiones de televisor normal en el área.
Para prevenirlo, deberá cambiar el canal de
salida del aparato de vídeo de manera
siguiente.
Si no ha podido resolver el problema tras leer las instrucciones precedentes, anote:
El modelo y número de serie situados en la parte posterior de su aparato de vídeo
La información de garantía

Explicación/Solución
Compruebe que el cable esté conectado a la toma de corriente.
¿Ha pulsado el tecla VCR STANDBY/ON (STANDBY/ON)?
Los videocasetes sólo pueden introducirse con la ventana
hacia arriba y la pestaña de protección hacia usted.
Compruebe las conexiones entre antena y aparato de vídeo.
¿Está el sintonizador del aparato de vídeo correctamente
inicializado?
Compruebe si la pestaña de protección del videocasete está
intacta.
¿Pulsó el tecla VCR STANDBY/ON (STANDBY/ON) para
activar el temporizador?
Vuelva a comprobar los parámetros de tiempo para
inicio/parada.
Si ha habido un corte de corriente durante la grabación con
temporizador, se ha cancelado la grabación.
Compruebe que esté utilizando una cinta grabada.
Compruebe la selección TUNER/External: debe estar en
TUNER.
Compruebe las conexiones a la antena de televisor y aparato
de vídeo.
Dependiendo del estado de la cinta, las imágenes fijas
pueden tener "barras de ruido". Pulse los teclas
PROG/TRK (" o ❷) / TRK (
o ) para minimizar este
efecto.
Si varios videocasetes presentan una baja calidad de imagen
es posible que sea necesario limpiar los cabezales de vídeo.
No se trata de un problema frecuente y, si no se presenta, no
limpie los cabezales. Al limpiarlos, lea las instrucciones del
videocasete limpiador. Una limpieza incorrecta de los
cabezales puede causar daños permanentes a éstos.
1. Quite la bujía de entrada de la antena desde el
conector marcado (símbolo de la antena) en la parte posterior
del aparato de vídeo.
2. Siga las instrucciones de "Sintonización de su Televisor para el
Aparato de Vídeo"(véase la página 14)
3. Siga las instrucciones de "Instalación del Canal de Salida del
Aparato de Vídeo"(véase la página 17), mueva el número de
canal bajando varios canales desde lo ajustado originalmente.
(por ejemplo: desde 36 hasta 33)
4. Introduzca la bujía de la antena en el conector marcado
(símbolo de antena) en la parte posterior del aparato de vídeo.
5. Vuelva a sintonizar TV al VCR otra vez de acuerdo a las
siguientes instrucciones "Sintonización de su Televisor para el
Aparato de Vídeo" (página 14)
6. Si siguen habiendo problemas, repita pasos 1 a 5 moviendo
varios canales más desde lo ajustado originalmente.
