DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up.
For the entire duration of maintenance, servicing, dismounting and repair
work, the following instructions must be adhered to:
• Switch off the power supply.
• Cut off the compressed air supply.
• Pull the mains plug.
NOTE
• The welding torch system WH/WHP may only be put into operation by
trained personnel.
All torch necks are available optionally with sensor. For the control line
connection, please refer to the connection diagram.

Tip adaptor
1 Screw the replaceable tip adaptor (4) into the torch neck (5) .
2 Screw the contact tip (3) into the tip adaptor (4) and tighten it using a
multiple wrench.
3 Screw the welding spatter guard (2) into the torch neck (5).
4 Slide the gas nozzle (1) on the torch neck (5) rotating it slightly clockwise.
5 Screw in the ready-to-use equipment kit (6) on the connection side.
