N.B. For a new unit this step should be omitted if lens fine response mode is not to be used. However, for a previously programmed unit, in order to revert to the
default setting the following steps should be carried out.

Once all of the programmes settings are complete, the DIP switches can be set for their desired normal operation modes. This is achieved with DIP switch 8 in the
OFF position

SETTINGS FOR NORMAL OPERATION
Several functions have more than one setting available for normal operation. These settings can
only be made when all of the programme settings have been carried out and Programming Mode
has been exited.
The DIP switches control the following functions when not in programming mode:

Switching ON and OFF activates a Self Test sequence
Reverses the zoom motor direction ON = Reversed
Reverses the focus motor direction ON = Reversed
Selects the Iris-Override voltage range
OFF = 2.5 to 12 Volts d.c. ON = 2.5 to 5.5 Volts d.c.

Activates the Datum option ON = Datum Activated
OFF = position selects Normal Operating Mode
Enters the Programme Mode
Returns the unit to the default setting
(patrol always mode = OFF)
Exits Programming Mode

sluggish response)
