OPTIONAL AIR DISTRIBUTION KIT
•
If the space between the upper pro le of Appliance and
the beam is at least 10 cm, the air outlet collars can be
mounted before installing Appliance.
•
On the contrary, drill a big enough hole on the replace's
hood.
•
Fix the collars (B Fig. 5.6) with self-tapping screws after
having removed the plugs (A Fig.5.6)
6.2
AIR DISTRIBUTION IN AN ADJACENT ROOM
OR IN COUNTER HOOD:
This mode is peculiar to Appliance with optional axial
fans. Before recessing the Appliance the following has
to be done:
•
drill the walls and existing hood to allow passage and
application of the 14 cm diameter exible pipes.
•
to ensure a correct ow of air avoid ducts that are longer
than 2 metres (Fig. 5.4.2).
•
f the space between the upper part of the Appliance and
the lower pro le of the beam is less than 10 cm it will be
necessary to make a hole about 30 x 40 cm on the hood
to x the ducts later.
•
the vents on the hood or wall at a height of at least 1.80-2.00
m from the ground to prevent hot air hitting people.
6.3
DUCTED PIPES FOR HEATING SEVERAL
ROOMS (OPTIONAL KIT)
To heat more than one room the Appliance replace can
be tted with the optional "680" fan and metal pipes for
distributing the air as follows:
•
exible aluminium pipe – maximum 2-3 m in length per
pipe
•
plain metal pipe or duct – up to 3+3 m in length on a
double duct; 6 m on just the one duct.
6.4
DOUBLE DUCT PIPING (FIG. 5.4.3 A)
Install a vent in the same room as the replace. The
second pipe can be used to carry hot air to the other
rooms in the house.
