15.Cabinet connection (Fig. 10)

To connect cabinets (canalisation), pay attention to the following:
- Dismantle the shoulders and position the cabinets side by side
- Remove the backs to access the holes of the vertical rods
- First canalise the front part and then the rear part using the screws provided
- Remount the backs
Note: Make sure that the knurled part of plugs 4-5-6 is completely inserted in the appropriate seats (Rif. 12).

16.Maintenance and cleaning

ATTENTION!: BEFORE ANY MANTAINENCE AND CLEANING OPERATION, SWITCH OFF THE VOLTAGE
TO THE CABINET USING THE GENERAL SWITCH
Foodstuffs can deteriorate because of microbes and bacteria.
Respecting the hygiene regulations is essential for guaranteeing the health of the consumer, in addition to
respecting the cold chain of which the shop is the last controllable ring.
The cleaning of the refrigerated cabinets is characterised as follows:
Cleaning the external parts (Daily / Weekly)
- Clean the external parts of the cabinet weekly using neutral detergents for domestic use or soap and water.
- Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft colth.
- Do NOT use abrasive products and solvent which can in any way alter the cabinet surfaces.
- Do NOT spray water or detergent onto the electrical parts of the cabinet.
- Do NOT use alcohol to clean the methacrylate parts (plexiglas).
Cleaning internal parts (Shelves)
The cleaning of the the internal parts of the cabinet is designed to destroy the pathogenic micororganisms in
order to ensure stock protection.
Before starting the internal cleaning of a cabinet or a part, it is necessary to:
- Completely empty it of the stock it contains.
- Disconnect the voltage to the cabinet using the general switch.
Continue by removing the removable parts, such as display plates, various grills etc. that must be wash with
warm water and detergent containing a disinfectant, and finally dried carefully.
- Carefully clean the bottom basin, getting rid of all foreign bodies that have fallen onto the fan plate throught
the suction grill.
- If there are anomalous ice formations, request the intervention of a Qualified Refrigerator Technician.
- Regularly clean the drip and the drain, lifiting up, where necessary, the fan plate.
Note: To protects hands during the cleaning operations, it is advisable to use working gloves.
Once the cleaning operations are finished, remount the removable elements (naturally dried) and switch the
electrical power supply back on. Once the internal working temperature has been reached, it is possible to
reload the cabinet with the products to be displayed.
Note: Avoid fans, overhead lights, electrical cables and all electrical devices in general getting wet
during the cleaning operations.

17.Dismantling the cabinet

Conforming with the regulations for rubbish disposal in individual countries and for the respect of the
environment we live in, we invite you to divide the parts of the cabinet in order to be able to dispose of them
separately or recycle them.
None of the parts that make up the cabinets can be disposed of together with solid urban waste apart from
