BURNER OUTPUT CALCULATION
To calculate the burner output in kW follow khe procedure below:
Check on the meter the gas flow in litres and the reading time in seconds.
Calculate using the formula :

SETTING THE FIRING HEAD
The adjustment of the position of the firing head is made
to obtain the best combustion performance. When used at
the minimum power output the firing head is moved back,
whilst is forwarded at the maximum output. Execution :

POSITION OF ELECTRODES

IGNITION ELECTRODE
SWITCHING, FROM NATURAL GAS TO L.P.G.: remove the front disk of the combustion head
SWITCHING FROM L.P.G. TO NATURAL GAS: mount the front disk into the combustion head
ADJUSTMENT OF MINIMUM PRESSURE SWITCH
- Screw off and remove cover M
- Set regulator N to a value equal to 60% of gas nominal feed pressure (i.e. for nat. gas nom.
pressure = 20 mbar, set regulator to a value of 12 mbar; for L.P.G. nom. pressure of
G30/G31 30/37 mbar, set regulator to a value of 18 mbar).

ADJUSTMENT OF AIR PRESSURE SWITCH
- Screw off and remove cover C. - Adjust the air pressure switch to the minimum by turning
regulator D to position 1. - Start the burner and set the working to first stage (1 flame)
- Check that combustion is correct. - With the use of a small cardboard, progressively
obstruct the air intake until to obtain an increase of CO2 value of approx. 0.5÷0.8% or, if
there is a manometer connected to the pressure intake E, until obtaining a pressure drop of
0.1 mbar (~ 10 mm W.G.) - Slowly increase the adjustment value of the air pressure switch
until to have the burner shutdown (safety position). - Remove the obstruction from the air
intake and screw on cover C. - Start the burner again by pressing the shutdown button on
the control device.
Note: the pressure measured at the pressure intake E must be within the limits of the
working field of the air pressure switch. If not, loosen the locking nut of screw F and operate
the same; clockwise to reduce pressure and counterclockwise to increase. At the end of the
adjustment tighten the locking nut.

re le seguenti operazioni (come indicato in figura):
- Eseguire filettatura M6 su tre fori Ø 5.
- Tappare i tre fori filettati con viti M6.
