Commissioning
4.1
Unpacking
1. Remove the strap and securing clamps from the
pallet as well as the cardboard packaging.

After unpacking, check that the FALCO EVO 622/622 IT
is in perfect condition and that none of the compo-
nents exhibit any signs of damage. In case of doubt,
do not perform commissioning and call in a qualified
engineer and/or the seller of the machine.
2. Take the standard accessories and the packaging ma-
terial out of the transportation crate.

Dispose of the packaging material in the proper man-
ner at an appropriate collection site.
4.2
Installation
4.2.1
Erecting the FALCO EVO 622/622 IT
The following equipment is recommended for the fol-
lowing operations:

Lifting strap, model DR50 (safety factor 6:1) with a
length of X m
R
Lifting strap, model DR50 (safety factor 6:1) with a
length of X m
R
Suitable block and tackle for lifting the
FALCO EVO 622/622 IT.
1. Remove the plastic cover at the base of the column.

2. Slacken off the bolts with which the
FALCO EVO 622/622 IT is attached to the pallet.

3. Attach the straps as shown in the illustration.

The lifting straps could damage the supply hoses
of the cylinder or add-on components of the
FALCO EVO 622/622 IT. Take care when attaching the
straps.
