Be sure to check if the wall socket to which you
connect the charging unit is live. In some
bathroom cabinets, the electricity supply to the
built-in socket may be interrupted as soon as the
light is switched off.
Charge the applance for 6 hours (NiMH version)
or 3 hours (NiCD version) before you use the
appliance for the first time.
The mains cord of the charging unit cannot be
replaced. If the cord is damaged, the unit should
be discarded. Please apply to your Philips dealer or
to the Philips organisation in your country (refer
to the World Wide Guarantee leaflet).

Still we advise you to make sure sure that, when
you discard the appliance, you keep the battery
