VERTI series vertical multi - stage centrifugal pump series : pump shell and impeller is
SUS304, SUS304 stainless steel for shaft, iron steel forinlet and outlet, advanced design,

good looking, canker-proof antirust, high head, efficiency, endurance, etc.
VERTI series pumps motor is special product which have F class insulation,IP55 class pro-
tection, it use TPI bearing, UL&VDE certified capacitor, super mechanical seal, thermal
protection. VERTI Series pumps belong to non-selfpriming centrifugal pumps, input water
from the direction of shaft which is longer than normal motor.
VERTI series pumps is suitable for agricultural, industrial, gardening, air-conditioning, cool
circulation system, high building, water supply, boiler, fishing, and so on.
OPERATION CONDITIONS
VERTI pump is suitable for non-fire, explosive clean liquid which keep away from corro-
sive .the temperature of liquid : from +5 ºC to 70 ºC, max ambient +50 ºC ; Max. Working
pressure 1.5MPa, the max input pressure is limited by the max working pressure.
INSTALLATION
Notice:
• Do not install the pump in the sunbaked and any place.
• Install the pump to near the water as short as possible to reduce the suction.
• Position the pump using the brackets.
• Install the pump in a dry and ventilated place to ensure safe operation.
• Try to reduce the bend in pipe circuit as you can, the gradient should less than 2%.
• The connection of pipe circuit should be watertight, the pipes should be supported
separately.
• It's appreciated to install a vacuum meter and pressure meter in the suction and dischar-
ge port to observe the situation of operation.
ELECTRIC CONNECTION
Danger:
• Ensure the voltage(V), frequency(Hz), phase(PH) is conform with the ones marked on
the label. When the Voltage ±10% the inset thermal protector will terminate the motor.
• Pump should be reliably earthed.
• The cord should meet the requirements of current.
• Make sure the electric circuit is correct.
START, OPERATION AND STOP THE PUMP
Warning:
• Dry operation is prohibited in order to prevent the break of the mechanical seal and
others parts of the pump.
• It could rotate freely from the fan cover by screw driver.
FEATURES
• Turn on the pump, it should be turning clockwise from the fan cover end.
• Fill up the pump with water from the discharge valve.
• Turn on the pump, and set the discharge pressure to the required.
• Stop the discharge valve before stopping the pump and power.
MAINTENANCE
Notice:
• It is prohibited to start the pump frequently, the switch it should stop when the power
is interrupt.
• It is no allowed to use the suction valve to adjust flow.
• When the water is insufficient, the motor should stopped.
• If there is some irregular noise, please stop the motor and check.
• If the pump is not going to work for a long time or there is low temperatures, water
should be drained to avoid the pump body from damage and freezing.

• Disassemble connection pipe, send to service
center.
• Check voltage according to nameplate.
• Check fuse or thermal protection.
• Check if the height of installation match the
total head.

• Adjustable inlet pipeline into water.
• Fill up the pump body with water.
• Check the leakage of pipe.
• Check the suction height and reinstall.
• Replacing the impeller.
• Enough water level for inlet.
• Put priming water into pump body.
• Check the leakage of pipe.
• Cleaning and replacing bottom valve.
• Check the installation height.
• Check the suction and reinstallation.
• Replacing the impeller.
