Blade maintenance:
ATTENTION!
BEFORE REMOVING THE TOP HOPPER MAKE SURE
THE MACHINE IS DISCONNECTED PLACING THE
ON/OFF SWITCH ON THE OFF POSITION AND THE
BLADES HAVE STOPPED COMPLETELY.
IF THE EXIT EXPULSION AREA IS BLOCKED OF IF
THE BLADE COMPARTMENT IS BLOCKED, UNDER
NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU ATTEMPT TO
REMOVE THE OBSTRUCTION USING YOUR HANDS IN
THESE TWO AREAS AS IT CAN CAUSE VERY SERIOUS
CORPORAL INJURIES.
- Turn off the machine and make sure it is
completely stopped.
- Loosen the four screws of the hopper and lift with
caution.
- Remove the two blade screws using an appropriate
tool.
- Sharpen or change the blades as necessary, place
back in position and tighten the blade screws.
- Replace hopper and tighten the screws.
Oil replacement:
- Stop the engine and allow the machine to come
to a complete standstill. Wait until the engine cools
slightly.
- Disconnect the spark plug.
- Whilst the engine is still warm, remove the oil
draining screw. Drain the oil into a certified
recipient.
- Clean the oil draining screw before screwing back
into place.
- Place the engine in a horizontal position. Remove
the oil level indicator stick and add slowly 0.6
litres of four stroke engine oil multigrade 20w-40.
Do not add in excess.
- Replace the oil level indicator stick.

ATTENTION!
AVOID CONTACT OF THE ENGINE OIL WITH YOUR
BODY. WASH YOUR HANDS WITH WATER AND SOAP
AFTER CHANGING THE OIL.
THE USED OIL IS A DANGEROUS RESIDUAL
PRODUCT. WE RECOMMEND YOU DISPOSE OF IT
USING A LOCAL RECYCLING CENTRE IN A SEALED
DO NOT DISPOSE OF THIS OIL WITH YOUR
DOMESTIC RESIDUES.
Maintenance of the air filter:
- A dirty air filter will increase the restriction of air
intake. A periodic maintenance of the filter will
ensure that the engine works better and
contaminates less.
