It is prohibited to connect air intake B to kitchens,
bathrooms or bedrooms.
In this type of installation the external air intake V
is not necessary.
Depending on the method adopted, we recommend
you mark the position of the air intakes on the
replace cladding and on the outside wall during
the trial assembly.
6.3 ELECTRIC FAN APPLICATION AND
CONNECTIONS
6.3.1 Preparing the ducts
Hold the two ends of the exible Ø 140 pipe and
pull it until it is about 150 cm long.
While pulling the pipe, turn it from both ends in
opposite directions.
Cut the pipe with a knife or scissors at the required
length.
6.3.2 Air fan
The air fan (1) is located in the lower rear part of
the stove (Fig. 6.3.2).
6.3.3 Connecting the fan
Connect the exible pipes to the pipe ttings of the
electric fan box and x them with the clamps after
having sealed them with silicone.
Apply mortar between the pipes and the wall.
Failing this, when the fan is started, it will create a
strong vacuum which will draw back smoke from
the brazier grille with consequent exit of smoke
through the hot air outlets.
6.3.4 Installation of a room temperature probe
DUCTED PELLET STOVE FOR BUILDING IN
The installation of the probe must be effected on
the exible aluminium pipe which leads the ambient
air at 30 cm from the inlet of the convection fan.
For installation, follow the following steps (Fig.
6.3.3):
1) unscrew the probe holder (a) from the rear of
the stove
2) pierce one of the two exible pipes of the air
intake of the fan (b)
3) reassemble the probe with the probe holder, on
the pipe, as shown in the gure.
