Transport
•
Before transporting the thermo transport container,
close the ventilation cover.
•
Carefully place the thermo transport container
in an upright position in order to avoid mixing
of food products.
•
Carry the thermo transport container with the use
of the profiled handles located on the right and left
side of the housing.
•
In case of using several thermol transport containers
you can stack them on each other during transport.
•
Ensure that the thermo transport container remains in
a stable, upright position during transport.
•
Secure the thermo transport container from shifting
and tilting.
Cleaning and maintenance
•
Wash the inside and outside of the thermo transport container after each use.
•
Remove the door seal before mounting the door to the internal wall. For easier
washing, the door can also be detached from the transport container. Loosen the
handles at the top and the adhesive at the bottom, then remove the wheels.
•
Wash the door and door seal with warm water and a cleaning agent appropriate for
food service applications, then rinse with clean water and dry. Re-mount the removed
elements.
•
Do not submerge the thermo transport container in water.
•
Wash the inside and outside of the thermo transport container with warm water and a
soft sponge or cloth. Rinse with clean water and dry the thermo transport container
using paper towels.
•
Do not use abrasive or harsh substances that may scratch the unit's surface.
•
After washing, leave the door open until the thermo transport container is
thoroughly dry.
•
Replace the door seal not less than every 2 years.
•
Repairs should be performed by qualified service personnel.
•
Use only original spare parts.
